Did You Know?
Help kids understand boundaries during the holidays Christmas is a time for families, and extended aunts, uncles, and cousins to gather and celebrate the season together. Your children should be comfortable around their family members, but they should also know the limits of their comfort zones, and what to do if someone crosses a line – too many hugs and kisses, or inappropriate tickling. Your children should be comfortable saying “NO” whenever things cross their lines, and they should know that you’ll back them up.
